Bayern Munich have made a club-record €100m bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, 90min understands. England captain Kane has been Bayern's top transfer target all summer and the two clubs recently met for talks in London. The Bundesliga giants left with optimism that a deal this summer could be struck. Bayern previously had two offer s rejected, the second of which amounted to €80m (£68.5m), and 90min can confirm their third offer totals €100m (£86m). Spurs have been hesitant to sell but there has been pressure on chairman Daniel Levy within the club's hierarchy to consider selling Kane to avoid losing him for free next summer. Leeds United are close to finalising a deal for Hoffenheim forward Georgino Rutter, 90min understands. The Whites are locked in talks with the Bundesliga side and are set to pay a club-record fee in order to land the France Under-21 international. Rutter joined Hoffenheim in 2021 for £500,000 from Rennes, and they are set to make a huge profit with Leeds preparing to pay around £30m to get the deal done. Sources have confirmed that Rutter's personal terms are all but agreed, and Hoffenheim did not risk him in their winter break friendly with Wolfsburg this weekend.
