PSG's Qatari owners considering investment in Leeds United

Leeds United are again being considered as a potential club to invest in by PSG's owners Qatar Sports Investments, 90min understands. The Whites are currently owned by Italian media mogul Andrea Radrizzani, who took charge in 2017 and oversaw their promotion back to the Premier League. However, Radrizzani agreed a deal with the investment arm of NFL side San Francisco 49ers to sell an initial 44% stake, while also giving them an option to purchase the club up until 2024. The 49ers were not the first investor to talk with Radrizzani as he also spoke to Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of Paris Saint-Germain and chairman of Qatar Sports Investments, before he agreed to sell to the Americans.
