David Moyes hit out at manner of Man Utd sacking in 2014
David Moyes has admitted he was unhappy with the way Manchester United sacked him as manager in 2014. The Scot, who is under pressure at West Ham after picking up just one point from the club's last seven Premier League Game s, famously succeeded Sir Alex Ferguson as United manager in 2013, but saw out just 10 months of the six-year contract he signed before being dismissed. United are yet to win a Premier League title since Ferguson retired - he won 13 in 21 seasons - with Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer among those to have fallen short of the club's exceptionally high standards. Moyes' tenure came at a time of transition for United, but there was no hiding place for him after a desperately disappointing 2-0 defeat at former club Everton.
