Premier League relegation run-in: Remaining fixtures for all teams in danger
While the Premier League title race has been known to deliver drama, it is easy to argue that the relegation battle is where the spectacle really is.
After all, the stakes are enormous at the bottom compared to top. Manchester City or Arsenal winning the title will not change that much for either. Yes, Arsenal will feel like they are overdue, but both will still be in the Champions League next season, both will still be elite clubs, and neither will really lose anything if they don’t win the title.
At the bottom, it is completely different.
A number of teams are currently embroiled in a battle to save their Premier League skins and for the three that fail, the ramifications will tear through the very fibre of the club. They will lose status, riches, players, visibility and pride if they don't achieve the points required to stay afloat.

A horrible looking trip to Manchester City awaits - Pep Guardiola's side appear to be marching towards another Premier League title after overhauling Arsenal - and there's the small matter of beating Manchester United at home - David Moyes has a shocking record against the 'big six'.
There's then an awkward visit to Brentford to navigate, before crunch games with Leeds and Leicester to end the season.

Leicester have one of those squads where you look at things and think 'nah, they're surely too good to go down'. Truth be told, the Foxes could unless they pull their finger out.
A visit to Fulham actually looks quite appetising considering Marco Silva's side have nothing to play for, but it's then back-to-back games against Liverpool and Newcastle. Dean Smith will be hoping a result isn't needed against West Ham on the final day.

Leeds' terrible run of form means they're in real trouble of throwing away their Premier League status after just three years back in the top flight.
The Whites still need to face Manchester City, Newcastle and Tottenham, with a trip to West Ham also uneviable given the Hammers' need to pick up points of their own. Soon-to-be manager Sam Allardyce will need to call upon all of his experience to get Leeds out of this pickle.

Or will Allardyce and Leeds be able to rely on the fact Steve Cooper's Nottingham Forest can't pick up points away from home? The Tricky Trees will hope not, but their shocking record when parted from The City Ground makes for extremely uncomfortable reading with what's coming up.
Winning against Southampton seems like a must, with a trip to Chelsea, no matter how out of form they may be, not one for the relegation bucket list. A home Game with Premier League title chasing Arsenal isn't great either, so it could be down to the final day at Crystal Palace to get a result.

Many thought Sean Dyche's appointment at Everton would turn the tide on Merseyside - shoring up the club's defence and making them exceptionally hard to beat.
The players don't appear to have read the script, though, with Dyche in real danger of dropping the Toffees out of the top flight for the first time since 1954. Brighton and Manchester City are really tough games, and a trip to Wolves isn't the easiest.
The final day of the season against Bournemouth could be real make or break stuff for Everton's fans and the club as a whole.

Southampton's managerial changes haven't done the business this season and it's looking increasingly like that the club will be back in the Championship for 2023/24.
Ralph Hasenhuttl and Nathan Jones have lost their jobs, so it's Ruben Selles who could be taking the Saints through the trap door unless they can conjure up big wins against Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Brighton and, on the final day, Liverpool.
