Bo Bichette plated a run in the Game one victory, and he leads the team in hits (130), with splits of .311/16/54. Vlad Guerrero Jr. has produced a run in three of the last four Games, and he leads Toronto in RBI (65), with seventeen homers. Los Angeles moved to 57-42 after falling to Toronto. The Dodgers let the first matchup away last night, and they’ll look to avoid dropping a third straight Game here. The Los Angeles offense is scoring 5.04 runs per Game, while batting .248, with a .330 on-base percentage. The pitching staff carries a 4.50 ERA, with a 1.28 WHIP. Freddie Freeman has multiple hits in five of the last seven Games, and he leads the Dodgers in BA (.331) and hits (130), with 20 HR and 70 RBI. Mookie Betts has recorded a double in three of the previous four  Games, and he leads the team in home runs (27), with 67 RBI. J.D. Martinez has produced a run in seven of the previous eight Games, nd he leads LAD in RBI (75), with 24 homers. Max Muncy has homered in three of the last four contests, and he’s up to 25 home runs and 65 RBI for the season.

Julio Urias (7-6, 5.02 ERA, 63 Ks) will take the mound for Los Angeles. The eighth-year lefty was blown up in Baltimore last week, allowing a season-worse eight runs in five innings to take his sixth loss. Urias continues to be hindered by inconsistency this season, as he tossed a six-inning shutout in Queens against the Mets prior to facing the Orioles, and it’s unclear how he’ll handle the Jays here.

We just missed the Over by a single run last night, and I like barking back up that tree for Game two here. Chris Bassitt has pitched well, while his counterpart, Julio Urias, is one of the more inconsistent starters in the league. Toronto’s mound advantage could come into play when deciding a winner, but both sides should see their fair share, with a sense of urgency more than likely coming from the hosts, who dropped Game one.
